It shall be mandatory following documents: - For legal entities - a notarized copy of foundation documents or original; - For individuals - a copy of the passport or its equivalent; - A contract of sale or other documents confirming the ownership of all buildings, which are redeemable on the land; - Three copies of the draft land borders, issued by the Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture (CCA); - Three copies of a plan of land issued and certified by the Committee on Land Resources (KZRiZ); In the absence of the buyer of the documents listed above, the decision shall be accompanied by government authorities for the land in which the specified area and site location, and a copy of the privatization plan; - Extract from the register of shareholders (memorandum), confirming that at least seventy percent of the authorized capital of legal entity is in private ownership; - Help on the sources of funds allocated for payment under the contract of sale (for legal entities), or an income statement (for individuals), registered at the territorial tax body.
